BIM Content Creation

We are able to produce BIM model families for most MEP products and plant items, whilst maintaining their functionality and adaptability for effective use within the MEP BIM platform.  Our project experience working in the BIM environment allows us to avoid the pitfalls we often see with manufacturer BIM families that have been produced with limited functionality and awkward usability.

Well-constructed and easy-to-use BIM families will be downloaded and used more frequently, and specifiers will be more likely to use a certain manufacturers BIM model over others if it is easier to work with.  This can invariably lead to increased exposure through branded BIM models and therefore increased specification.
