A £12m new-build office block providing approximately 2,800m² of office space.  Sharman Grimwade Ltd were employed as part of the Design & Build team to produce the detailed design for the mechanical ventilation and VRF system serving the three floor office block, incorporating break-out spaces and toilet cores on each floor.
