A new £10m health centre in North-East London providing community healthcare facilities. Originally employed under a D&B contract to produce co-ordinated working drawing, Sharman Grimwade Ltd were required to manipulate and adapt the Stage 4 design to enable the necessary services to fit within the given voids, risers, and plant enclosures.
